Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
PARADOX INFRASTRUCTURE GROUP wants everyone — including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology — to be able to learn about our services, contact us, and use our client portals. Accessibility is part of how we build and review the Site, not an afterthought.
Conformance standard & status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Based on our most recent internal review, prdxinfra.com partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA: most content meets the standard, and we list the exceptions we know about below.
What we do
- Body text and labels are tested against WCAG AA contrast minimums on our dark theme.
- All interactive controls can be reached and operated by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Form fields have programmatic labels.
- Animations — including the boot sequence, drifting background effects, card tilt, and cursor-following effects — are reduced or switched off when your device has “reduce motion” turned on, and cursor-driven effects never run on touch screens.
- Decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology, and meaningful images have text alternatives.
- Pages use semantic headings, landmarks, and a declared language, and remain usable at 200% zoom and on small screens.
Known limitations
- Boot sequence: each load of the home page and sign-in page plays a short animated introduction of about two seconds before the content is fully visible. It is hidden from screen readers and shortened to near-zero when reduce motion is enabled. We are evaluating a way to skip it on repeat visits.
- Hero network diagram: the animated diagram on the home page is decorative. The services it illustrates are described in full in text in the Core Services section.
- Owner Console: the internal Owner Console is used by a small number of staff and has not yet had a full independent audit. We will provide accommodations for any staff member or contractor who needs them.
Compatibility
The Site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari on desktop and mobile, together with common assistive technologies such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. It relies on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; the portals require JavaScript to sign in.
Feedback & assistance
If you encounter a barrier, need information in a different format, or would prefer to work with us another way, please tell us. Include the page address and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within 2 business days and to resolve confirmed issues, or provide the information in an accessible alternative, as quickly as we can.

Assessment approach
We assess the Site through internal review, including keyboard-only testing, screen-reader spot checks, automated checks, and contrast measurement against our design tokens. This statement was last reviewed on October 6, 2026, and will be updated as we make improvements.
